Absolutely! Saturation especially - colors in life are never fully saturated, and I don't yet have the knack for picking them off-the-cuff, so I use saturation to compensate. Daylight scenes, office scenes, reactor scenes - it really helps place a scene.

When I saw the sharp teeth and shape of the tail, I KNEW I had to turn them into a shark hybrid. I was pretty overwhelmed by MS paint's eyebleed colors so I lowered the saturation hehe.

“Solid Red Sotofish". Solid Type. Based off the traditional 12 hue spectrum, AKA the color wheel. As an art professor I teach the concept of hue, value and saturation in class- the same concept as using the color picker for Photoshop.
