I did some quick testing and it seems to affect 2018.3, but not 2019.1 (displayed working correctly here).

It seems related to giving an offset to camera's, which results in postfx not displaying correctly on camera's that carry an offset.

Could this be a bug in Unity 2018?

Starting to get somewhere. A metasprite or "frame" is a collection of hardware sprites, each with a relative offset from their drawn location / pivot, as well as tile and attribute. Made a routine to draw a metasprite w/clipping, and here you can see it drawing 16 metasprites.

Giving this it's own tweet - combination vertex offset and dissolve shader, using exponential functions to explode a mesh in a shower of sci-fi glitter gore. Really proud of this one!!

Saved my favourite for last - wrote a combination dissolve and vertex offset shader for when these critters are captured. Didn't make it it into the final experience but I love everything about this!
