Hiya! Any advice y'all can offer about improving my shading/lighting? I'm not wild about how dependent a lot of my art is on the outlines to define shapes..

Also, any tips on how to give my wings a little extra pizzazz?

Built a new vaeu stencil the other day, just for fun.

Ended up using a pilot V pen to outline it once the paint had set. half tempted to put this on a shirt or something

I can't tell you guys how much fun I had drawing this character for I fell in love with the colors and I really wanted to use this character as a reason to explore different concepts I was curious about like outline in different colors/shading hair in unique ways.

I think she was talking about my sona because it has the most circular head of any of my human like characters but it? doesn’t even have a circle head?? it’s an oval? One that clearly isn’t the circle tool since you can sEe the unevenness in each drawing if you outline it??
