Started reading this book compiling Naoki Yoshida’s biweekly Famitsu columns (吉田の日々赤裸々) that describe the process of rebooting Final Fantasy XIV.
I’ll use this thread to briefly summarize interesting points.
@4TalesPodcast Not out yet, but here it is: the elements of nature come to Earth to experience life among us; but their vacation is abruptly interrupted by an ancient power that now threats to destroy humanity!
Title: Columns of Creation

This is one of my favorite works of art set in Byzantine Constantinople. It shows an imperial procession, with the Emperor above all others on horseback. You can see bodyguards, soldiers, clergy burning incense, the spectators along the street, mighty Roman columns in the skyline
Our #brain is composed of ~150,000 cortical columns that carry out different functions based on what they're sensing. Columns that get input from the skin model what a cup feels like; columns that get input from the eyes model what a cup looks like.

"Cyber Cube" is probably one of the most ambitious games on the CD, being one of the few that includes actual 3D graphics. It's basically Columns combined with Blockout. It's fine, but the color scheme of the game isn't too appealing
BEN UNDERCOVER PUZZLES or C-Note puzzles by Erich Friedman are an interesting way to have students problem solve ways to sum to 100 in rows and columns. If you're interested, "like" or comment and I'll share tomorrow when it's finished. :)

We both saw the same thing. It was a tunnel of a million eyes in a sacred spiral. Bressloff & Cowan told us the geometry was from hypercolumns. It's the mechanics of the imagination. Deaths hallway. Then out come these funny cartoons that make you smile.
Lunchtime runs. Changing to a square ratio and adding a full, columns, or rows arrangement.
“Oh, we couldn't bring the columns down
Yeah, we couldn't destroy a single one
And the history books forgot about us
And the Bible didn't mention us, not even once…”
Show me how you used the columns from last months monthly items on https://t.co/BOfsqfBW0l!
