1) Lined drawing; usually for soft/bright atmosphere.
2) Digital painting; usually for darker/more serious atmosphere.
3) Chibi, which is self explanatory.
4) Traditional artwork on, well, paper.

I needed to get away from my computer recently, it was having a pretty negative impact on me, so I started a painting; but promptly wrecked it using cheap, chalky acrylics, so I wont finish it, lesson learnt.
