Like for example it happens to me a lot in this one the tones were too close so it was kinda all mixing together
I fixed it ( by recoloring bc i smooshed the layers )
by picking more district tones from each other
(sometimes messing with levels doesn't do it right)

There's a lot of questionable stuff in this card set, I had them as a kid. Bowser is the only one that's non-consistent design-wise. Sometimes he appears as he does in the game's manual other times he's clearly King Koopa recolored.
