Might be bias since i tend to like strategist/smart mc in a military settings alot
Not too knowledgeable about worldbuilding but the worldbuilding in vol 1 was good enough for me.

Since I forgot to write a review for vol. 4, I'll cover both 4 and 5 here:

The series continued with Wein and those around him trying to keep his country afloat, despite hindrances.

I had a good time speeding through the volumes.

Both was 4/5
