自作抗体のエピトープとCDR（相補性決定領域）の情報があったのでAF2に入れてみた。
黄色が抗原、青が抗体。青の濃い部分がCDR。変異体を用いたウェスタンで抗原の後半部分（図の右下）を認識することを示しているので、辻褄が合う。しかし５つの予測のうち他の４つはもっとふわっと結合してた。

先日 で再生1層練習会に行ってきました！　何もかもわからない学者を出して、何もかもわからないままクリアしてしまった…。
ドレスコードがAFだったのでAF2と3組み合わせでエセインテリ感出してみましたよ。
学者はまだ引き出しが空っぽなので、少しずつ中身を充実させていきたい！

簡易版AF2使って、CyclosporinとCyclophilinAの複合体構造（1CWH）で遊んでみた。左が実測、右が予測。
近いところに寄って行ってはいるのだが……。流石に環状ペプチドは厳しいのかな
