Friday evening, time for some old 2D art!
My character Chromos, a.k.a. Chrome. He's sweet scaly giant with a heart of gold, too naive for his own good and funny, loyal and brave. His favorite treats are apples 🙃
First drawing is from 2015 and the other three from 2020 :)
The village well - 1867
Painted by William Simpson
This chromolithograph is take from plate 24 of William Simpson's 'India: Ancient and Modern'. The well was a centre of village life. Women drew water from common wells and carried pitchers on their heads.
Probably have an ear infection on top of my horrifically sore throat AND my monthly suffering for being born with XX chromosomes.

One of my favorite pencil drawings in the "Shades of Chromos" #NFTCollection on @objktcom.
One of the very first times in my life, I felt confident enough, to draw several shaded spheres on the same drawing.

So I saw this post about "chromostereopsis". It's those red and blue images that appear floating. I thought I was going crazy, but it's an actual thing.
Turns out some of my works have that effect.....
