Any tips on what to do when waiting for painkillers to work other than pacing and dribbling with tears in eyes? 🙃

Day 1072. Used more ear spray&took painkillers for my ears. Went to a cave with my family. Wasn't a v good idea, there's something unnerving being in a cave with sore ears,didn't think the pressure would change that much 🤔. Watched a beautiful sunset after.
