My favorite ship dynamic is the "aibou ship".

Aibou means "work partner/accomplice/friend", but in fiction it often implies a very special bond:
-pic1: aibou in 2004
-pic2: aibou in 2011
-pic3: aibou in 2019

2019 was the peak of the aibou ship, as it made it explicitly romantic
