January 1, 1804: The Haitian Revolution succeeds. Haiti declares independence, making it the world's first Black republic + first nation to abolish slavery.

This dealt a magnificent blow to the French colonial empire and created hemispheric shifts in the abolition of slavery.

Rage of Bahamut. Not super well-known, but it got me stanning Azazel HARD, but ultimately he was underused, & the female characters’ legitimate anger was written off as mania. It has a poorly patched up a slavery issue, & it sloppily put together a half-assed “bittersweet” ending

Dunmer magician and a member of ill-reputed Great House. Specializes in magical mycology, despises slavery.

Too old to deal with this nonsense around and just want to be left alone. Has a lot to say about Tribunal and Pact and won't hesitate to do so.

Well, the one that hasn't been touched upon yet is Hiruko, so who knows if all are cruel. I mean, the extent of how cruel each one is varies, with slavery being the least and death being the most.

Heinrich does have an aura like Black Alice's, so who knows who he's allied with.
