I’m going to try doing a few of these when I can. Here’s day 2 and 3. I usually hate posting really loose stuff buuut I think it’s a good exercise. And I love the prompts! I need to practice plants and critters I don’t draw a lot, so I really dig the idea.

Thought I'd try something a bit different, and do some sort of self positivity exercise. I don't like my body very much, but maybe it'd be better if I drew my sona with my actual body type and just see what happens.

An important lesson in plein air painting is learning to reduce details.

There's simply no way to paint every detail in a reasonable amount of time. You have to reduce and simplify the scene into something you can convey. Which is part of why plein air is such a great exercise.

Did some photo-referenced inking exercise. Normally i know how to track a picture's credits, but this one sends to pages and pages of a sort of Chinese pinterest so I have no clue. Please let me know if you recognize it and know where it's from. I loved the ring detail.
