Day 840: watched a video on perfectionism and decided to try out this timed drawing exercise. The goal is 40m/drawing eventuallly, but these results/time aren't so bad even working straight from reference. Maybe i'll do stuff like this on streams too

I'm having a lot of fun messing around with these characters. Being able to do so much stuff that you can't do with regular humans is a refreshing exercise.

I decided to revamp them for a modern era as a design exercise.
Tried to keep design elements that worked, ditched what didn't.
Lore was also changed a bit, mostly the villain.
There aren't a lot of fantasy settings based on prehistoric stuff these days. I'll make some conscepts for one as an exercise.
Basically non-avian dinosaurs survived to coexist with hominins and there is magic.
