Was recently playing the Sonic Advance games, and was having so much fun! The modern style sprites and artwork are extremely appealing, it is a shame we don't get main line quality 2D spin offs anymore. These were ahead of their time! What are your thoughts on the Advance games?

Maria's are certainly cute, though some of the expressions are a bit wonky. That's not exclusive to her though. In general, I feel like they got better the further into the story got. Chiru sprites like these seem pretty good compared to some of the Episode 1-4 ones.
