Probably good trick but to help me texture things I use texture projection on blender!
today was thick brush Raine and a texture slapped on her to see how it looked.

WIP update for @TsuyamumeTheFox's vroid model.
I basically adjusted texture colors and made textures for the skirt and sleeves. I might honestly make the sleeves a texture on the skin tbh.

Remembered I could make grayscale drawings and then color them with nodes, had to do a bit of finagling with gradient texture nodes to split up mouth/eye/brow colors but got it workin, and of course some vertex shading:3

@Wazzaldorp if there's one thing i can understand with that argument, it's the environmental design
the original crash games were very rich with texture, everything looked rough and gritty, while crash 4 has a lighter, more whimsical look with heavier use of solid colours
