Natalie Portman fought for Patty Jenkins to direct Thor 2, and well, we all saw how that turned out when Marvel disagreed. Jenkins had envisioned a story that would make Jane Foster more than a thankless role. Hopefully, Jane Foster and Natalie Portman get to be more in Thor 4.
