The worry jar works really well. Writing the worry down tends to stop the thought spinning around in your head. When you feel ready, you can take the worry out of the jar and work out how you might solve it.

I did actually watch the first One Piece movie a couple months ago.

Despite being quite dated, I found it to be an enjoyable, self-contained adventure about perservering friendships. The animation + comedy also holds up well. I nearly lost my shit when they burned Nami's map.
