Prompt 3: Brood
It's known that some cephalopods can remove their own limbs. Those limbs, with minds of their own, will still try to gather food to bring back to the body they're no longer attached to...

I heard it was Made me want to draw a big beastie version of Kat. Different limbs floating and only connected by nanites.

Which I then decided was going to be done via paint instead of ink. Sometimes that happens, I guess.

Hi! Here are some digital illustrations that I made. A hadrosaur next to several primitive birds similar to Confuciusornis and a dromaeosaur hunting a primitive snake with two remaining limbs, based on the genus Najash from Argentina. Hope you like it. 🪶🐍🪶

Working on a Tulip rig for my segment of the upcoming project. Got her front view minus the limbs done so far. Rigged in Harmony 21.1. is one of my all time favorite shows so I'm having a blast working on this!

Making OCs with lost limbs is my bread and butter! Cherry got his arms (and eye) cut off, then replaced with demon arms before those betrayed him too.

Tiberius' arms were removed in order for him to get robotic implants, and Ana gets badly damaged a lot 😭

Ayup! Gotta love the trope of losing limbs

As for permanence, well canonically there are a lot of way to heal damage or get prosthetics that are basically as good as a normal arm or better, so who's to say~

Felix and Garion simply choose to remain one armed for reasons 😛

Yeah! A major villain lost both arms and legs, and a side character just one arm. While the incident where Volta lost his limbs is well-defined, I'm leaving it more a mystery as to how Rebekah lost hers.

VHS

Yeah she can stretch her limbs and she acts very motherly

Some Limber limbs (shoes not included)

That's how most of the stuck sequences go really.
The character is not really thinking, climbs through the hole, and gets stuck!
Plenty of scenarios to pick from!

remember those who died at Eutaw Springs on Sept 8, 1781. American casualties: 139 killed, 60 captured & 18 missing.

At Eutaw Springs the valiant died:
Their limbs with dust are covered o'er--
Weep on, ye springs, your tearful tide;
How many heroes are no more!

Crystal Cavern

A crystal cavern is controlled by a shard. A single shard attacks all that enters its domain. Step on one, and you may be shredded to pieces. These crystals are like spiked traps. The geode is its body and the crystals are its limbs.

You already KNOW MY DUDE!!

Reno: Able to transform his limbs into different weapons/monster parts & has range with golden flame attack.

Diana: Flutter ability enhances evasion, agility, and mobility: Really good at dodging.

Bobo: Fucking HUGE. Too strong for his own good.

I should draw a Hitmontop someday, I think I'd make a good Hitmontop. All of the features for a good Starf drawing are already here, the cutesy face, the noodly limbs, the lanky proportions, the big hands and feet. Has a lot of potential for a cool pose too
