oh noo, layers dont align? Noo worries! Just break the layer (So it isnt long one but like can be manipulated) by insert keyframing and you can fix this tiny error

Okay so here's the process.
1.) Looked for a screenshot (I wanted something with a cloudy bg)
2.) Did a sketch over it, changing the pose and fixing up the weirdness in Sonic's face
3.) lineart
4.) Coloring and shading
5.) Manipulated the background (final product)
