I was today years old when I learnt about the Geometry Mask feature in Substance Painter 2021 which allows me to isolate parts of my mesh and paint on them without disturbing the other parts. I didn't even know you could do this is SP till today so now I'm just like:

@YlerMt to give it a sense of unity you can add a final multiply layer to the whole thing and play with gradients / erase some parts to make more dramatic lightings (this is all very fast for the sake of the tutorial youd need to give it a bit more detail) hope it helps!

Here's some close ups of some parts. One eye is red for her demonic image while the other is brown/hazelish (blame the highlight) for her irl eye color. I added a nice accessory for elegance and garter for sexiness (demon goth queen). Of course, she's rocking platform heels.
