That's... ...not how clipping works. Unless the legs are modelled in a weird way to have bumps evenly spaced out, that's textured ripped jeans. Clipping would work more like this.

First off the texture is banded, making it look bland and undetailed, then we have the hair design wich Minecraft uses on bald mobs for no reason wich the design look weird, we also have to account the unnecesary amount of shades it has and other things I'm too lazy to explain
