I shutdown completely, physically and emotionally 1 year ago. Today my memory is effected, I struggle with concentration and focus. What was easy is now more difficult for me. I don't 'feel' like I have recovered and I am a different person in that respect. Andrew

The main diff is presentation and focus. I've never seen a body builder used as fan service. But when you got a well-toned build and an aura of "ohhhhhh you touch my tra-la-la~~" that's a different story entirely.

A real equivalent would prob be like Nudist Beach - Kill la Kill

Here's the foundation of how I think about light (and composition): everything can be broken down into 2-3 values and still be entirely clear and readable with an obvious focus. These first 3 took 2-4 minutes each and make for a great exercise!
