I think I definitely improved at giving texture to hair and skin shading, both of which are definitely my favorite!

Same principles apply to different coloring techniques, for this one I had a semi cell-shading style, notice how depth detection works a LOT better with well defined blocks of color. I'd spend more time on the parts where the light doesn't have a big effecting area.
For instance, notice how the light travels as a single line, this is due to the way I evenly distributed the value of the shading as if it were a 2D plane rather than taking into account the vertical displacement of the light. Also, look at those abs wowaweewa indeed.

@BunkoGenki I can definitely tell i improved in line art and shading, which have been my main goals for a while now haha.
@BunkoGenki I'd say my improvement was realizing how much I HATE rough, sharp lineart and cell shading, so instead, I started just using a cleaned up sketch, and soft shading. Best choice I ever made when it came to my art.
