Great case. Do you have clinical context. Cannot see the LGE well but mid myocardial? If subendocardial border is spared definitely consider sarcoid and perhaps Get a genetic testing for ACM. (If subendocardium is involved MINOCA remains in the differential with LAD infarct.)
