ZbrushからobjでエクスポートしてblenderインポートしてエクスポートしたのZbrushに持って帰って来ると、一部のサブツールの頂点番号が変ってる原因わかったー!!

Blender側でインポートする時にジオメトリに頂点番号維持する設定あったわ!
