that sounds an awful lot like the brain surgeries roget was using, whough propably a more sophisticated version, as roget left academia a while ago and didnt seem to be in regular contact with the fusion dimension so wouldnt be able to update those techniques

Took me a while to decide to post this, but this is my DnDestiny character who I have been slowly painting. I've been trying to reteach myself some techniques for a commission I have later. No where near done still, but, its been a nice change of pace.

It was really fun working on this and it helped me review some soft shading techniques.

One of the projects I worked on last week. This one was for a good friend of mine who let me try out a few different techniques! Which one do you guys prefer? Let me know! :D I had a hard time deciding myself.

Thanks for the opportunity, !

Loved how my students have depicted the movement of birds (1st -murmuration and 2nd- flock of birds in flight at sunrise) in the sky using mark making techniques. Got to love that as a birdwatcher cum art teacher!

This is the first headshot (out of four) for ! Hope you like it!

Drawing this let me experiment with techniques unused in my previous works (ex: eyes, soft shadows, lines). It's been 3 months since I started drawing and I'm surprised to see the progress I've made.

Moving through a in this case was real. We were driving down the Hume Highway... When I got home I set myself a time challenge... 2 hours in the studio & no more. Get that paint down with the urgency of the fading light. https://t.co/5PgkFU8Pw2

We live in a society, well I'm done for today. If you manage to get some stuff done on the dark woods fan art send it my way, especially if you have any questions about lighting techniques.

☀️COMMISSION☀️ for 's D&D character, Sun Twice-Bitten! I took the liberty of indulging myself on this commish by experimenting different textures and pattern techniques simply to see what fits best, and I'm in genuine ecstacy with the results 🤩🌟
