Why did this happen?

Due to the lineup of the magazine:
In the 2010s the magazine was stacked with hits, which makes it harder for new series to survive and stand out from the others. Compared to 2022 is waaay different.

Just saw the chapter in question. It's definitely because it involves some characters that look younger than usual (3 and 4) but the content pretty tame, and it's censored in the magazine anyway. Plotwise, a side character does actually discover the identity the MC.
