Though I will always recommend the JP original over the Western release. The US version cranked the difficulty up a LOT, changed a lot of character designs, and removed ALL dialogue (which is sometimes really cute and funny!) Thankfully a good translation patch was made by MIJET-

HATS. I made a bunch of really dumb looking mage+cowboy hats a while back and none of them were good. i like to think this is why the cowgirl main character of my westerny story doesn't.... wear a cowboy hat. they just look rly goofy and she dont got time for it
