As you can see, the variations are similar but they all miss the floating flowers, but they're pretty in their own right. Manipulating variations and making the dice-rolling work in your favor is likely one of the main obstructions coming to people doing anything in this space.

I've never seen this cover before, it's lovely!

i always thought old straits and midknight looked weirdly similar, i think it's that they're both (eventually) vampiric that made me tie that together in my mind

difference is midknight refrains from causing human suffering, straits will totally cause it to make him look younger
