Tatsuya Tanaka (currently doing design work for Rebuild) is credited for the telephone pole/powerlines imagery in Gridman. Might sound like a silly detail but it strengthens those nostalgic feelings they're echoing and adds to the intriguing, sometimes unsettling atmosphere.
