I think it’s safe to say… I’ve improved with my drawing over the last year… being persistent is key to improving the doodles 👀💚

2018 VS 2022
My first digital drawing makes me cringe so hard, but it makes me so happy whenever I look back and can DEFINITELY see that I’ve improved greatly! Art takes time. Never give up something that makes you happy.❤️

8th grade vs last year. I've been drawing my whole life. When I was a teenager, I still couldn't draw at level of completion teenagers today can. Practice helped me improve. Drawing is similar to mathematics in that you can get very far without natural talent.

2010 vs 2022

Over the years I’ve gotten much cleaner with my lineart and digital art and I’m still improving. I don’t draw consistently but it’s so interesting to see the difference of when I started and where I am now.

A LOT to improve still

from july 2020 to december 2022
still have many things to improve

Perseverance, striving to get better... keep at it and you'll improve faster than you think.

I still have a way to go to be the artist I want to be, but that's why I keep on drawing.

(June 2019 vs. December 2022)

2020 - 2022

Art is a skill absolutely. You have to work so hard to make improvements! You have to study, fixate, try new things, fail and pick yourself back up again!

I drew these when I was around 14 or 15. There are probably even older pictures somewhere at the attic. 😅 It started small and I struggled a lot over the years but I kept going. Skills really need a lot of time and practice to improve, so don't give up! Persistence is key. 💪
