Last week Princess Kennedy, my mentor and trans mom, was in a serious accident requiring facial reconstruction surgery. PK helped set up Utah’s first organization for queer youth in the 1980s while still a teenager, was a major force behind the Utah Pride Festival in the 90s.

Here's Sunny's full design that I scribbled over a vintage 2015 drawing in 10 minutes. Decided to make the hair optional in the end, but she's an Andrewsarchus based on the wolfish mesonychid reconstruction (now inaccurate, but I still find it neat).

@MortimerSociety @cadwwales A Welsh Castle reconstruction suggestion. So just put a Welsh Flag on it,do the same with my Scottish Castle recons simply stick up the saltire flag, when it would have been mixed with the heraldic colours of the families in residence. Use to do such banners in my old watercolours

@vevans0009 @Riendonut Triceratops and its brethren likely had quills. There's a few Ceratopsian fossils documented with large quills on their tails.
Here's a cool reconstruction alongside one that probably has way too much plumage.

Saurolophus is one of the few rare dinosaurs we know the actual patterns of. Both the species as well.
I took the reconstruction from the paper illustrating the patterns (first pic) and changed the colors to make some cool variants. Which one is best?
@LStewart_books @welovehistory Dirleton, Crichton, Doune and Bothwell watercolour reconstruction suggestions.
@lorraineschultz @Stravaig_Aboot Did watercolour reconstructions of Dunbar in the 1980's. So my paint versions are based on earlier research.
