Exactly why I prefer all its versions prior to MK11, I never understood the need to make Shao Kahn so similar to Onaga, The netherrealm has a habit of changing the appearance of its characters drastically and almost always making them worse, so it was with Reptile and now Shao.

3. when i made pyliphra, i really wanted her to look like a faerie dragon that'd been tattered n' worn up. i really liked to imagine her prior self was very regal. her initial green dragon design is a bit different from her current face, but here's pyliphra before her corruption!
