I know you didn't ask me, but as someone who's also roughly 2 months into digital art, here's what I've seen. Clip Studio Paint is the most popular. Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai are very good. Krita is what I use since it is free. All 4 will serve you just fine. Hope this helps.
