I'd say Liligant, most regional forms keep the same general base bodyshape, but H-Lili gets a lot leaner n' athletic compared to regular Lili.

Got the bodyshape and Dark type idea from Dark Clefairy from the Pokémon Pocket Monster manga, red eyes from Gengar to reference that theory that they’re a dark side to Clefable, the fire gloves and boots from Rouge, and the bat wings from the wolfbats from Avatar
