As terrifying as it sounds, I think Camazotz can split open his jaw to reveal more teeth leading down to his neck. Kinda like his beast form.

So a while back when I was drawing Camazotz, I noticed his earrings kinda looked like tears. Taking into account the blue circle gems represent his beast eyes.... it makes sense. It seems some JP fans have noticed this as well.
