HE Common Guibus, a large Chalicothere that is very adaptable in warm open habitats from the Prairie to the open forests of the Titan jungles.
Here's a Moropus, the largest of the gorilla-horses, the chalicotheres. An extinct relative of the modern Tapirs and Rhinos.
They're commonly speculated with a thin fur pelt but here I choose a more rhino-like skin to shake things up. Not an extreme idea either, it lived in-
Chasicotherium, the notougulate answer to chalicotheres (a hefty, 1 ton beast)

@j_stocky I'm very proud of my satyr, it's a chalicothere turned bipedal and carnivorous.
The Song Gubius, a very large shizerotheriin Chalicothere related to Moropus, living in the woodlands and prairie.
Hi you fantastic folks!
I have a client very interested in sponsoring an episode to explore the ghlanos and other chalicotheres in the known world and beyond, but isn’t in a position to cover the full sponsorship. If you’re interested please shoot me a message!
Cheers!

My first #FossilFriday! Back for a day at @Le_Museum in Paris to 3D scan patellas of the chalicothere Anisodon from the Miocene site of Sansan. Upcoming study on the shape variation of patella in perissodactyls within the #Gravibone project with @HoussayeCnrs 🦏🐘🦕🦖
@CrownGamer901 Yeah, Chalicotheres & Brontotheres are both closer to horses than to other perissodactyls (despite the latter’s resemblance). Both appeared around the Eocene (56-33.9), but chalicotheres lived until the early Pleistocene while brontotheres appeared and died in that entirety.
Imagine the timeline where horses went extinct and Chalicotheres were alive and humans rode them like horses
Behind door number 8 on the #BeastAdventCalendar is the weird Chalicotheres!

Got post blocked on Facebook for calling a Chalicothere a Horse Monkey which besides not being a slur is 100% an accurate description. Are you going to look at this and say it isn’t a Horse Monkey?
Ancylotherium
A 2 meter chalicothere, it was a lot more goat like than the rest of its family, but still had claws on its limbs
ALT: older reconstructions would make it look more like other members of its family, specifically in the stance with some even having it knuckle walk
