Small dick jokes
Large forehead jokes
Insults about facial features
Insulting someone's teeth
A criticism of someone is stronger when it's about their behaviour, rather than things they can't control

Hey here’s a question: why did there have to be a fat person sitting on this ball and chain? Why didn’t the ball, you know the weighted thing that holds people back, just have a label on it.
Why are greedy/selfish people so often depicted as fat?
The implication is that artists believe the simple sight of a fat body will induce revulsion. This is, of course, borne out by our culture's ingrained and virulent fatphobia.

One complaint I have about Arthur and The Square Knights is the inevitable offensive jokes of the 60's, like racism, sexism, and shown here, fatphobia. So I took the liberty of well...changing that. I wanted to make them cute and/or pretty while keeping some stylistic things :)
