FUN FACT:
John Marshall (1765-1845) married in 1795, Jane Pollard (1770-1847) from Halifax. They lived in Leeds and then Hallsteads. Jane was a lifelong friend of Dorothy Wordsworth's, but I haven't seen any evidence Anne Lister knew or mentioned these women in her journals.
