#InverteFest an event I was JUST informed about, a celebration that includes bug character! Being a predominantly bug character designer I certainly appreciate the highlight put on them along with other creatures!
#invertefest is happening so here’s a couple different bug based drawings I’ve done over the last year or so. Cute bugs, big bugs, horrific bugs, a smattering of bug based artwork.
Praying mantis wreath. Love their diversity in shape and color, one of the most perfect hunters in a bug eat bug world. #insect #invertefest #prayingmantis #Mantis #Entomology #sciart #ArtistOnTwitter #digitalart #illustrations
Cockroaches are everything expect what people usually think they are. Those are a bunch of beetle mimicking cockroaches and they are absolutely adorable! Would love to work on more cockroach pieces #insects #InverteFest #Entomology #sciart #digitalart #ArtistOnTwitter #cockroach
Happy New Year! It’s the year of the rabbit, so… three seahares because why not! #invertefest #seahare #threehares #YearOfTheRabbit #MarineBiology #digitalart #DigitalArtist #illustration #ArtistOnTwitter #sciart

Recently finished up all the character references for an original story called Slug City, a world inhabited by anthropomorphic soft invertebrates, and what better time to post them than for #InverteFest ! (1/4)
Featured here: Gingull(banana slug), Alfin(apple snail), King(leech)
Happy #InverteFest day 4! I saw a photo of one of these guys today and remembered I did one for Valentine's day a couple years back - the rosy ermine moth (Trosia nigropunctigera)💖 Plus the Valentine's card version I made with some text haha
Here be shipworms!
