Thank you SO much @AnnaliseAvery and @KathieMacIsaac for your hard work on this year's #MGBooktober. I have loved seeing new books and authors - and adding my own!
@FinlaysonPalmer will be talking to @theorah on #ukteenchat TONIGHT at 8-9pm GMT about her MG graphic novel, Speak Up!
All welcome! #kidslit #amwriting #amreading #MGBookChat
Such a sweet, cozy read by @GarretWeyr and charmingly illustrated by @minnie_phan! An “impossibly” purrfect tale. @ChronicleKids #mgbooks
I seem to have mixed up my the days of #mgbooktober A book that made me laugh out loud is The Dark Prophecy from @rickriordan's Trials of Apollo series. The whole series is humorous - from the chapter titles to the warped haiku to the character's comments.
My recent reads have been adult books (notably NONA THE NINTH) but next up on my MG to read list: NOT AN EASY WIN by @creativelychrys (out Feb 23) and WHERE YOU'VE GOT TO BE by @cmgertler #MGBookChat
I'm a big fan of Carl Pearce's expressive-yet-lifelike character design and otherworldly color palettes—so I'm very bigly excited to reveal his cover art for my debut novel WE THE FUTURE In just a few days! #MGBooktober
#MGBooktober Day 14 I need more than one tweet! @sarahscheerger @Meg_Medina @Leeseray
Day 13 #MGBooktober Can't pick just one. Two of my faves: Game of Stars has skateboarding rebels in the sky. @Sayantani16
The Girl Who Drank the Moon is so lovely @kellybarnhill
@amightygirl characters AND authors!
It's so hard to choose a favorite middle book cover! But here are three from this past year that stood out to me:
SOFÍA ACOSTA MAKES A SCENE - Mirella Ortega
HANA HSU AND THE GHOST CRAB NATION - @Lunaurum
UNSETTLED - @souqudesign

#MGBooktober Day 5: there are too many amazing MG #22debuts (check them out at https://t.co/CoSXGw8961), so I'll shout out the most recent ones I read ... all wonderful and heartfelt! @Mohrweis_Writes @erikslangerup @kelcrocker @RefeUp
#MGBooktober Day 3! I wouldn’t mind exploring Scotland and an old castle, like in @JMCwrites’s Across the Pond.
A7 I'm reading the amazingly fun adult book, PORTRAIT OF A THIEF by @gracedli, and my most recent MG reads (both excellent) were DAD'S GIRLFRIEND AND OTHER ANXIETIES by @kelcrocker (out in Oct!) and EVERYTHING SAD IS UNTRUE by @DanielNayeri #MGBookChat

I loved @_kaelanoel_'s creation of unlikely friendship (and family) in Coo. So great to have friends who aren't human and who are. To learn to trust.
A1 #mgbookchat: I'm forgetting a ton right now, but here are some of my favorite spooky #mglit books.
