In retrospect this is a silly design and there are better alternatives.
An #RSA founding aim of 1826 was to nurture & sustain the Scottish artistic community. RSA #Artists often also taught, and so Elisabeth M Ouchterlony (1776-1854) learned the #neo-romantic style from the father of Scottish #landscape #painting.
