TOUHOU LUNA NIGHTS
Probably one of the more unique Metroidvanias I've played. The timestop mechanic is effectively used and the bosses are very fun. I like how the plot was true to the Touhou spirit too.
A must-play for anyone who likes Touhou or SotN.

Another double platinum!! Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is a metroidvania, that feels like Team Ladybug's take on SotN.

It's a more streamlined then your typical metroidvania, with little mapping needed. But that doesn't stop it from being enjoyable.

This was his debut sprite in Kid Dracula vs his sprite in SotN.

The move this is based on looks like the whip as well, it shares a similar graphic effect to his other whip-based special moves in SotN.
