For some reason Elwind has the late hit knockback angle on the first active frame (frame 8) before reappearing 4 frames later. This explains why Robin's Elwind often doesn't spike when you think it should have.

I'm convinced Ganondorf is wearing oven mitts. His ledge hang is so good that is only able to hit him if it's a 2-frame with the falling arcfire on the ledge.
