day 28: the Cirneco dell'Etna! This hunting breed originates from Sicily, Italy, where it was bred to hunt mainly rabbits. It relies on its eyesight first to spot prey, but it also has a strong nose for tracking. It is a friendly, playful breed, and eager to please!
