When I have a meltdown or I shut down it's very rarely caused by just one thing. It's a build up of a bunch of little things others may not notice. They eat away at my spoons until I have none left, and I just can't handle anything anymore.

- 29! is something I’ve been glad to learn. When you’re disabled, you start looking at things in terms of if you’re willing to spend some of your limited supply on... you can’t afford to do everything consistently
