Went on a mission this morning to see and photograph all four white heron type birds at Teesside, mission accomplished in a couple of hours :)

Sketches from the brownfield at Middlehaven in Middlesbrough; lots of 5-spot burnet moths emerging. It was nice to find the cocoons which are cunningly disguised as bird poo 😄
