@ThomasNoppers That's a hard one, but I'll say the Up In Arms cover, I think. It was an attempt to evoke some of the feeling of the old Warhammer Army Book covers but still be very gritty/grimy WFRP, it was challenging but it came out looking quite striking, and it was pretty well received.
