I redesigned two bosses from Wario's Woods for the NES. I figure, if Wario's old friends from both Wario's Woods games ever came back, they'd be redesigned so they'd fit in with the Wario Ware crowd. Here's Boom and Fauster for a start.

Day 8: Dovo
Ghost-like enemies from Wario's Woods.
Dovos need 2 bombs to defeat, changing color when hit once and changing back after a limited amount of time.
Their Japanese name "Hyūdō" is derived from "hyu" an onamatopeia for cold wind.

I adore everything about Wario's Woods and while a sequel is sadly unlikely, I'm at least hopeful that the SNES version might make it to the Switch at some point.

Monday Upload: MerMay Edition!

A couple of fairly obscure Nintendo characters: Mad and Aqualea from Wario's Woods! It's not a game I got to play, but I do love puzzle games so I would have enjoyed it!
